Cookies and optional analytics

Etuder uses cookies needed to sign you in, remember your interface language, and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies. With your consent, Etuder creates an encrypted random analytics identifier and sends allowed analytics events to our own server, which forwards them to PostHog’s EU service. The encrypted etuder_analytics_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. The encrypted etuder_analytics_id cookie contains only a random pseudonym. The encrypted etuder_analytics_attribution cookie retains the first traffic source for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Declining does not affect access to the Service. How we use personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

If you tick “Remember me” on login, the browser also stores a remember-me cookie so you stay signed in. Theme (light, dark, or system) is stored in local storage on your device, not as a cookie.
