Data Processing Addendum

Roles

You are the controller of Customer Personal Data you send us (for example personal data inside submitted code). Do App Dev is the processor of that Customer Personal Data and the controller of account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Instructions

We process Customer Personal Data only to provide the Service, on your documented instructions in these Terms, and to comply with law.

Sub-processors

We may engage a sub-processor to host, bill, or send email. Current processors:

• Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates — Payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and the customer billing portal (United States and EEA)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers engaged to run the Service — Application hosting, databases, backups, email delivery, and related operations (As disclosed by the operator on request)
