Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Do App Dev (“Etuder”, “we”, “us”). They govern access to the Etuder website, daily etudes, archive and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, paying for a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where you process personal data of third parties through the Service, the Data Processing Addendum.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Etuder publishes short programming drills so you can practise a named pattern. Results from the code runner can be wrong or incomplete. The Service is a practice tool, not a hiring test, not a certification, and not advice.

We may change, throttle, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise any uptime unless we sign a separate written agreement with you.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18. Provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for everyone who uses your account.

4. Your code

You retain rights in code you submit. You grant us a licence to run it in a sandbox, store submissions, and operate the Service. Do not submit secrets, malware, or other people’s private data.

5. Plans, payment, taxes

Paid features require a subscription. Prices are in euro and shown on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, amounts exclude VAT and other taxes, which we or Stripe may collect where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires a refund. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK: by starting a paid plan you ask us to begin the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment. Courts: the competent courts of the operator's country of establishment.
